American Water CEO Don Correll Presents to Congressional Water Caucus

First in a Series of Forums to Discuss Nation’s Aging Water and Wastewater Infrastructure

Donald L. Correll, president and chief executive officer of American Water Works Company, Inc., made a presentation to the Congressional Water Caucus at the U.S. Capitol Visitors Center on June 24. The program, titled “The Crisis of Infrastructure: Out of Sight, Out of Mind,” was the first of four forums to discuss the critical issues surrounding the nation’s aging water and wastewater infrastructure.

Jim Atterholt Newly Appointed Indiana Commissioner

Indiana Gov. Mitch Daniels recently announced the appointment of Department of Insurance (DOI) Commissioner Jim Atterholt to the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC) to fill the vacancy left by the resignation of Greg Server.

DOE Releases $46M Opportunity for PUCs

Artesian Resources Wins Technology Award

Artesian Resources has received the “Special Achievement in GIS” award from ESRI, the largest research and development organization dedicated to geographic information systems (GIS). The award is for Artesian Resources’ development of an enterprise GIS that speeds the company’s response to customer inquiries, among a host of other efficiencies.
